Turing Adopts Nstock’s Equity Incentive Management SaaS to Build a Growth-Aligned Incentive Foundation for Its Business and Employees
Turing Inc. (Shinagawa, Tokyo; CEO: Issei Yamamoto; hereinafter “Turing”), a startup dedicated to the development of fully autonomous driving, today announced that it has adopted the equity incentive management SaaS provided by Nstock Inc.
Through this implementation, Turing aims to establish an incentive foundation that aligns the company’s growth with the ambitions and efforts of each employee, while further improving the transparency and operational reliability of its equity compensation system.
To achieve the “Grand Challenge” of fully autonomous driving, it is essential to create an environment in which employees can commit to long-term challenges with confidence and stability. Turing therefore regards incentive design as a key management priority that supports this environment.
In particular, Turing believes that stock options (SO) should not simply represent “future expectations” or a formal benefit. Instead, they should function as tangible incentives, where the efforts of each team member are clearly connected to the company’s growth.
The Nstock equity incentive management SaaS adopted by Turing serves as a platform that centralizes information related to equity compensation, enhancing both the visibility of the system and the reliability of its operation. Through this implementation, Turing will establish an environment where employees can more easily understand the terms and value of their own stock options, while also strengthening the administrative framework required to properly operate the system.
Through this adoption, Turing aims to build an organizational foundation in which business growth and employees’ challenges move in the same direction and accelerate together. The company will continue to foster an environment that supports long-term challenges.
Comment from Issei Yamamoto, CEO of Turing

Achieving fully autonomous driving is a grand challenge for humanity that will require considerable time and overcoming many obstacles. That is precisely why we believe stock options must be recognized as tangible rewards tied to one’s own efforts, rather than something perceived as uncertain.
Equity incentives should be designed and operated with integrity, not merely discussed in terms of dreams or expectations. By adopting Nstock, we are enhancing both transparency and operational certainty. Our goal is to build an environment where every member can clearly feel the connection between their own challenges and the returns they may earn, while also contributing to a culture in Japan where bold risk-taking is properly rewarded.
