Turing Appoints Yuta Tamaru as Internal Control Office Manager

This appointment is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its corporate governance and risk management framework.

Profile of Yuta Tamaru

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo, Yuta Tamaru joined Paul Hastings Law Firm in 2008, where he worked on M&A and a wide range of other corporate matters. In 2011, he moved to the White & Case Law Firm, where he was involved in global M&A and incident response cases for Japanese companies. Since May 2016, he has served as a director overseeing corporate affairs at Medley, Inc., managing the company’s IPO, the launch of new business ventures in the USA, and serving as an open innovation partner. In April 2024, Tamaru joined Turing as the Internal Control Office Manager.
