Autonomous EV Developer Turing Has Begun Hiring New Graduate Software Engineers for 2024 and 2025

Turing Inc. (Kashiwa City, Chiba; CEO: Issei Yamamoto; hereinafter “Turing”), a company committed to the development and sales of fully autonomous electric vehicles, has begun hiring new graduate engineers for 2024 and 2025 to strengthen its development capabilities and business structure for fully autonomous AI.

Turing is engaged in the research and development of AI, software, and computing infrastructure required for fully autonomous driving. Turing’s goal is to become a modern automobile manufacturer by developing and manufacturing next-generation vehicles that integrate software and hardware.

Background for New Graduate Software Engineer Recruitment

Since its inception in a laboratory corner in August 2021, Turing has become a company where engineers take center stage. Turing has started recruiting new graduate software engineers to create an autonomous AI, a driving data lake, and develop an autonomous driving UI/UX software.

About Turing’s Software Development Organization

The software development team includes CTO Shunsuke Aoki, who earned his Ph.D. researching autonomous driving at Carnegie Mellon University; Director of AI Yu Yamaguchi, a specialist in go and shogi AIs; and Senior AI Engineer Kotaro Tanahashi, who served as an IPA Exploratory IT Human Resources Project Manager. The team is developing multimodal AI, constructing large-scale GPU clusters, and developing vehicle software using iOS/Android OS.

New graduate software engineers from top universities such as the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University, who joined after student engineering internships, are also contributing to our projects.
