山本一成Issei Yamamoto

愛知県出身。東京大学での留年をきっかけにプログラミングを勉強し始める。その後10年間コンピュータ将棋プログラムPonanzaを開発、佐藤名人(当時)を倒す。東京大学大学院卒業後、HEROZ株式会社に入社、その後リードエンジニアとして上場まで助力した。2021年8月、チューリング株式会社を創業し、代表取締役CEOに就任。現在、愛知学院大学特任教授も兼任。Born in Aichi Prefecture. Began studying programming after repeating a year at the University of Tokyo. Spent a decade developing the computer-shogi program Ponanza, defeating the reigning Meijin. After graduating from the University of Tokyo Graduate School, joined HEROZ Inc. and contributed to its IPO as lead engineer. Founded Turing Inc. in August 2021 and became Representative Director & CEO. Also serves as a specially appointed professor at Aichi Gakuin University.

東京大学経済学部経済学科卒。スパークス・グループ、デジタルハーツホールディングスを経てGoogleに入社。法人向けクラウドサービスの「エバンジェリスト」として多数の講演を行う。2016年、株式会社メドレーに参画し、執行役員/事業責任者として上場に貢献。2023年1月、チューリングに参画、取締役COOに就任。University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics. After Sparx Group and Digital Hearts Holdings, joined Google as an enterprise cloud "evangelist," delivering numerous talks. Joined Medley in 2016 as an executive officer and business unit head, contributing to its IPO. Joined Turing in January 2023 as Director & COO.

ダートマス大学タック経営大学院卒（High Distinction）。日本GE、およびGE米国本社を経て、モルガン・スタンレーメンローパークオフィスにてテクノロジー企業のIPO、資金調達、M&Aアドバイザリーに従事。日本に帰国後、One Capital株式会社に参画。投資先であるoVice株式会社のシリーズB 45億円の資金調達を主導し、その後oVice株式会社のCFOに就任。2024年7月、CFOとしてチューリングに参画。2026年3月、取締役に就任。Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth (High Distinction). After GE Japan and GE U.S. headquarters, joined Morgan Stanley's Menlo Park office, working on tech IPOs, fundraising, and M&A advisory. Returned to Japan and joined One Capital Inc. 東京工業大学工学部機械科学科卒、同大学大学院総合理工学研究科創造エネルギー専攻修了。HondaにてF1エンジンの制御システム開発に従事したのち、ドリームインキュベータ、デロイトトーマツコンサルティング、Seismic Holdingsを経て、2019年にグローバル・ブレイン株式会社に参画。ハードウェア・ものづくり領域を中心に、スタートアップ投資、技術デューデリジェンス、投資先支援に携わる。2026年3月、チューリング社外取締役に就任。Tokyo Institute of Technology, Department of Mechanical Sciences (undergraduate); Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Creative Energy (graduate). Developed F1 engine control systems at Honda, then worked at Dream Incubator, Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, and Seismic Holdings before joining Global Brain in 2019. Focuses on hardware and manufacturing startup investment, technical due diligence, and portfolio support. Appointed Turing Outside Director in March 2026.

雨越仁Shinobu Amagoshi

京都大学理学部理学科化学専攻卒。外資系金融機関にて金融商品開発に従事後、公認会計士資格を取得。三井物産にて主計・全社決算、IFRS導入、海外子会社の財務責任者などを経験。その後、MILIZE、CINCなど複数の企業で経営管理、財務、IR、経営企画領域を担当し、上場企業およびスタートアップの管理体制強化に従事。2026年3月、チューリング監査役に就任。公認会計士。Kyoto University, Faculty of Science (Chemistry). Worked in financial product development at a foreign financial institution, then obtained CPA certification. At Mitsui & Co., handled consolidated accounting, IFRS adoption, and served as finance head for overseas subsidiaries. Subsequently led corporate management, finance, IR, and corporate planning at several companies including MILIZE and CINC, strengthening governance at listed companies and startups. Appointed Turing Auditor in March 2026. CPA.

執行役員兼 CTOExecutive Officer & CTO

山口祐Yu Yamaguchi

産業技術総合研究所研究員/米国NIST客員研究員として研究する傍ら、独自にゲームAIの深層学習の開発を開始。日本の囲碁AIプロジェクトの開発代表として、最大1100GPUの並列分散強化学習を設計・開発し、世界大会準優勝、将棋AIでも世界大会優勝などの実績がある。HEROZ株式会社執行役員を経て、2022年、チューリングに創業メンバーとして参画。2024年8月、CTO就任。2026年3月、執行役員に就任。While working as a researcher at AIST and visiting researcher at the U.S. NIST, independently began developing deep learning for game AI. As development lead of Japan's Go-AI project, designed distributed reinforcement learning across up to 1,100 GPUs, achieving world-championship runner-up; also won a world shogi-AI title. After serving as Executive Officer at HEROZ Inc., joined Turing as a founding member in 2022. Appointed CTO in August 2024 and Executive Officer in March 2026.

徳地佑悟Yugo Tokuchi

渉外・事業推進管掌。バンダイナムコエンターテイメントにて海外事業に従事した後、インドにて事業を創業。帰国後、Metaps社・メディアドゥ社にて新規事業の立ち上げ・責任者を歴任。一貫して異分野・異文化のステークホルダーとの事業開発を手掛ける。2023年3月チューリングに参画。経済産業省等の国家プロジェクトにおける産官学の協議・調整を主導し、E2E自動運転の安全論証に関する大規模コンソーシアムでは制度設計から技術実証までの全体統括を担う。大手自動車メーカー・サプライヤー・交通事業者との戦略パートナーシップ構築にも従事。2024年8月、CBO (Chief Business Officer)に就任。2026年3月、執行役員兼 CSO(Chief Strategy Officer)に就任。Oversees external affairs and business development. Worked in overseas business at Bandai Namco Entertainment, then founded a venture in India. After returning to Japan, launched and led new businesses at Metaps and Media Do. Consistently engaged in business development with cross-industry, cross-cultural stakeholders. Joined Turing in March 2023. Leads industry-government-academia coordination on national projects (incl. METI) and oversees a large-scale consortium on E2E autonomous-driving safety assurance from regulatory design to technology validation. Also drives strategic partnerships with major automakers, suppliers, and transit operators. Appointed CBO (Chief Business Officer) in August 2024; Executive Officer & CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) in March 2026.

棚橋耕太郎Kotaro Tanahashi

2015年に新卒でリクルートに入社し、機械学習で広告・人材マッチング・配送ルートなどの最適化に従事した後、量子アニーリング技術を社会実装する中で未踏のプロジェクトに関わり、業界のデファクトスタンダードとなるOSS、PyQUBO（量子アニーリングを簡単に使うためのPythonライブラリ）の実装を手がける。2023年5月にチューリングに入社。主にモデル開発を行う自動運転第1グループマネージャーをつとめる。2026年3月、執行役員に就任。Joined Recruit as a new graduate in 2015, working on ML-based optimization for advertising, talent matching, and delivery routing. While bringing quantum annealing technology to real-world applications, contributed to the IPA Mitou project and authored PyQUBO, the de-facto standard OSS Python library for quantum annealing. Joined Turing in May 2023. Manages AD Group 1, which focuses on model development. Appointed Executive Officer in March 2026.

渡邉礁太郎Shotaro Watanabe

大学院修了後、サイバーエージェントに入社。ゲーム、SaaS・EC・広告のサービスなどさまざまな分野で技術選定段階から開発を経験。リクルートを経て、Turingへ転職。Turingが初めてエンドユーザー向けに販売した「THE FIRST TURING CAR」のプロジェクトリーダーなどを経て、車両や組み込みシステムの開発を行う自動運転第2グループマネージャーをつとめる。2026年3月、執行役員に就任。After completing graduate school, joined CyberAgent, gaining development experience across games, SaaS, e-commerce, and advertising from the technology-selection stage. After Recruit, moved to Turing. Led the project for "THE FIRST TURING CAR," Turing's first consumer vehicle, and now manages AD Group 2, which handles vehicle and embedded systems development. Appointed Executive Officer in March 2026.

大杉亘平Kohei Osugi

大学を卒業後、凸版印刷、オリンパスで財務、IR、管理会計、資金調達、M&Aを経験。その後リクルートで経営企画・事業戦略を経験した後にメドレー・Wantedlyにて経営管理・経営企画全般を担う。2023年10月にチューリングに入社。ファイナンスを主軸に、資金調達や経営管理を推進する財務経理部長をつとめる。2026年3月、執行役員に就任。After university, gained experience in finance, IR, management accounting, fundraising, and M&A at Toppan Printing and Olympus. Then worked in corporate planning and business strategy at Recruit, followed by leading overall corporate management and planning at Medley and Wantedly. Joined Turing in October 2023. 完全自動運転の実現を目指すスタートアップです。カメラから得た情報をもとに、認識・判断・車両制御までを一気通貫で担うE2E自動運転システムを開発しています。さらに、歩行者・標識・信号・道路状況などを言語的に理解し、複雑な運転シーンにも柔軟に対応するフィジカル基盤モデルの開発にも取り組んでいます。モデル開発から車両への実装までを自社で一貫して推進し、あらゆる条件下で車が人間に代わって運転操作を行う、完全自動運転の社会実装を目指しています。Turing Inc. is a startup pursuing the realization of fully autonomous driving.We develop an End-to-End (E2E) autonomous driving system that handles perception, decision-making, and vehicle control in a single pipeline based on camera input.We are also developing a physical foundation model that linguistically understands pedestrians, signs, signals, and road conditions to flexibly handle complex driving scenarios.From model development to in-vehicle deployment, Turing drives the entire process in-house, working to bring fully autonomous driving — in which the vehicle operates in place of a human under all conditions — into society.
